Between shadow and light, an intimate, sincere session, where each gesture becomes a nuance of oneself. 🖤
This session offers a black and white photographic exploration focused on the body, presence, and the way we look at ourselves, all in natural light. At the crossroads of art, intimacy and therapy, it is part of a poetic approach as well as reconnection to one's image, work on self-esteem, and bodily freedom.
Why choose this session?
Black and white allows you to get to the heart of the matter: shape, texture, movement, emotion.
Without the distraction of color, the body becomes language. It's a more minimalist, more introspective approach, inviting us to see ourselves with a new, gentler and more accurate perspective.
This session is aimed at anyone who:
wishes to begin or continue a path of body acceptance,
wants to discover another perception of his body, beyond aesthetic norms,
seeks an artistic, personal and profound experience,
wants to keep a sensitive record of a key moment in their journey (transition, healing, change, introspection, etc.).
Course of a session:
Preliminary discussion to understand your approach, your limits, your needs.
A gentle welcome on the big day, in a secure, calm, and caring space.
Time to talk and refocus, to prepare to be photographed, at your own pace.
Photo session of approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, guided with the possibility of working on movement, stillness, or simple staging.
Working in natural light
Possibility of choosing a digital or film session, depending on the desired result.
You don't leave without having checked and selected your photos :)
Body Painting and Photography Session
Express yourself through color and body movement
In this experience, you become the artist, the brush, and the canvas all at once!
When I first did this session, I discovered the liberation of expression through color and the body. With my own body, I felt each movement come to life on the canvas, each color reflecting an emotion or a moment.
Painting myself like this, without constraints, was like a total letting go; a moment to forget expectations and simply express what I felt. This experience allowed me to explore my creativity and my connection with my body in new and profound ways.
During this session, you will use your body to paint freely, letting your hands, feet or even your entire skin become "brushes".
You will choose colors that inspire you, that reflect your mood, your energy, your current desires. Each movement becomes a trace and each color an emotion. They are captured in a moment of letting go and pure creativity.
Your experience doesn't end there! Once your body is painted, I'll create a series of photographs that immortalize this vibrant and colorful work. You'll see your body from a new perspective, liberated and alive; and you'll leave with unique images, imbued with the energy of that moment.
Ideal for:
- people seeking creative freedom and personal expression;
- those who wish to explore their relationship to the body and to the image;
- all those who want to treat themselves to a moment of lightness, color and connection to themselves.
PS: When you arrive, remember to bring a bath towel and your favorite music playlist to make the experience even more unique! ❤️

Camille, 32 years old
"Taking part in a body painting session with Léonie felt like opening a door to an inner world I had forgotten. As soon as the paint touched my skin, I felt I could express myself without limits, without constraints. The colors I chose truly represented me and reflected what I was feeling; I felt like a child again while also reconnecting with my essence as a woman. Léonie knew how to capture that moment and gave me the freedom to simply be myself (...)"
Sarah, 45 years old
"I didn’t expect a body painting session to have such an impact. I chose this experience to step out of my comfort zone and see my body differently, and it went far beyond my expectations. Léonie guided me with so much kindness. During the session, I was able to paint and release negative thoughts I had been carrying for a long time. It created an image that reflected my strength and beauty, even in my vulnerabilities. Since that session, I feel like I’ve reconnected deeply with myself."
Maxime, 38 years old
"Being a man, I thought body painting would be a slightly unsettling experience, but Léonie immediately made me feel at ease. Painting on myself allowed me to release tensions I didn’t even know I was holding. The photo session afterwards helped me rediscover my body from a different perspective – one where it is beautiful and tells a story."
Lila, 29 years old
"Body casting with Léonie was a deeply transformative experience. When I booked the session, I was looking for a way to reconnect with my body, and it went beyond anything I had hoped for. Feeling the plaster cover me, letting go of expectations and self-judgment — it was like returning to the simplicity of flesh and matter. The moment the mold was removed was both emotional and liberating. For the first time, I saw my body as it truly is, with its curves and shapes, unfiltered. Since that session, I’ve learned to accept every part of myself and to look at my body with greater kindness. It’s a gift I wish everyone could experience."
Body Casting Session
Leave your mark and explore your image differently
This session offers a new way to discover your body by capturing your contours through a plaster cast. By allowing yourself to be enveloped by the cast, you gradually detach yourself from your usual perceptions and finally discover your physical envelope.
When I made my own body cast, I was confronted with the intimate sensation of being both matter and flesh. Being naked in front of someone and feeling the hands applying the plaster was an experience that made me aware of my body as matter and as a work, without judgment, simply as a form. The cast reveals what we are physically, and it offered me a precious moment of perspective: I saw, for the first time, my envelope without the filters of the mirror...
This moment was both liberating and symbolic. Contemplating the imprint of my body, I made the decision to deposit my doubts and insecurities about my body into it, to let this "chrysalis" contain the emotional burdens of the past so I could move forward feeling lighter.
This process allowed me to see my body as a space of gentleness, to see myself as the people who love me see me.
During the process, you become a material, a form, almost a living sculpture. This moment of letting go allows you to step back and see your body differently. Once the casting is complete, you will have before you a faithful imprint of your silhouette—a touching and sincere work, reflecting the authenticity of your presence.
This casting can also be a symbolic way of leaving behind thoughts or emotions that weigh you down, by transferring your insecurities into this "chrysalis" that you abandon to leave feeling lighter and freer.
